If I do not respond within 24 hours it means that I have no internet, there's an emergency, or super busy

Commissioning me will automatically mean that you've read, understood, and accepted my T.O.S

NEVER use my artwork for commercial use!
(unless agreed upon a business collaboration)

NEVER remove my signature or watermark

I will be allowed to use my own artwork however I wish (whether or not it includes your character)

No back-outs, no refunds. You are expected to be decisive upon purchase

I have the tendency to ask a lot of questions for clarifications- to bring out the artwork of your best interest

Art takes time. Please don't rush me. You may ask for progress once every 7 days Don't worry I'll finish it in due time. I list everything in my to-do list on my profile. For reference, you can say 1 fullbody = 1 month maximum



Revisions & Refunds after artwork is finished

You CAN ask for revisions during the sketch phase, within reason

I WILL NOT be liable for incorrect information given in a certain artwork/commission.

If the final work is incorrect you cannot issue a refund. Minor revisions can be looked into.

Examples of incorrect information include:

   ⤷ Wrong/outdated reference sheet of character given

   ⤷ No emphasis/clarification on how a character/background should be drawn in a certain way

   ⤷ Incomplete information is given (I will take the initiative to use my artistic freedom)


Minor revisions include:

☑ color adjust - eye color, specific clothing/accessory, etc.
☑ missing/incorrect way of drawing an accessory
☑ tweaking of lineart


MAJOR REVISIONS / REDRAW MAY OCCUR ONLY IF: _{(all must be present)}

The information and instructions given in the commission is VERY CLEAR

It was the artist's (DragonitaVioleta) mistake of not following the given instruction/s due to any reason

If the commissioner is not satisfied with the flawed finished work

Major revisions include:

☒ changing the character
☒ changing clothing
☒ changing lineart (pose/hairstyle/etc.)

Refunds may occur ONLY IF ALL THESE FACTORS ARE PRESENT

⨻ 4 months of no progress at all (that includes sketches)
⨻ Financial Emergency of the commissioner
⨻ Artist (DragonitaVioleta) will not be able to do it any time soon whatever reason it may be

You CANNOT use my designs commercially.
(I am open for negotiations but it's a separate discussion. By default, the design is non-commercial)

Do not copy, steal, duplicate, heavily reference, or claim as the creator

You MAY NOT use the character to promote offensive/controversial content.

Never use my designs and art for NFTs, AI art, or anything of the like.

You may gift, trade, and resell only with the exact amount of money invested on the character/s (if bought with currency) & their commissions (Gift/free/raffle art does not count on its overall value). You may not overprice, or spam it with art with the intentional mindset of reselling it at a higher price.

You may edit and tweak the design a little. You may also redesign it; with the condition that the character is still recognizable and you will not remove my name as creator/designer

No refunds. You are expected to be decisive in your decision once you've bought the design

Request- I would love to see your art(or commissioned) of the design you got from me! Don't be afraid to message or @ me if ever!

Additional Payment WILL OCCUR for more complex characters

Simple backgrounds and props are possible and will cost extra

Extra Charges per add-on/charge range from $2 ~ $10

Per +1 Character means per additional character in the SAME ARTWORK

Full Scene Price may vary depending on scene complexity
